Contracts:

 Any contracts that are made between Planeta Deeva Productions and Contractee are legal and binding .
Should a Contractee Decide they want to cancel services with or without valid excuse and without sufficient warning they forfiet all monies paid to Planeta Deeva Productions And or its Independent Contractor. No monies Shall be Refunded and Contractee Cannot seek restitution through courts or otherwise because of  breach of contract on their behalf. By Signing contract Terms of Service goes into effect and becomes part of contract. Should contractee Break contract we will not be held liable and contractee cannot seek restitution. We are also not to be held responsible if we cannot perform or attend function contracted  due to acts of god or circumstances that are out of our hands. We will only Refund money if it is something that we are directly responsible for and its  our discretion.(Amount of money refunded is up to us and its only valid on contracts that were paid in full). Any cancellations are non-refundable Client losses full amonut . If it's a deposit and client cancels within a reasonable amount  of time  we may refund 15% back of deposit its our discretion.
* Contractee by signing contract once again agrees to all this terms under terms of use and promises not to defame or give our company negative publicity in any way , shape , or form.  Via the internet or any other way.
All these terms and any other set in contract are legal and binding.
